Ingredients

  • 16 ounces spaghetti pasta

  • 1 pound pork belly, diced into small cubes

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • for garnish, freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  • Cook the Pasta:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.
