Ingredients

  • 1 pound sushi grade ahi tuna, diced into cubes

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 cup jasmine rice

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup mango, diced

  • 1 medium cucumber, diced

  • 1 large avocado, diced

  • 1 small jalapeno, thinly sliced

  • For the Sriracha Mayo Sauce:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
