Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • warm water

  • for garnish, red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare the Vegetables:
    Toss the broccoli florets and slices of red and orange bell peppers with sesame oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
