Creamy Papaya Coleslaw is a refreshing salad that combines crisp green cabbage, sweet papaya, vibrant red bell peppers, zesty red onions, and fresh cilantro, all coated in a creamy, tangy papaya dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, finely shredded

  • 1 large carrot, grated

  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 small red onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, freshly chopped

  • 1 cup ripe papaya, diced

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Directions
