Persimmon and Mango Cranberry Sauce is a vibrant, sweet, and tangy condiment that elevates the traditional cranberry sauce with the addition of exotic flavors.

This sauce combines the tartness of fresh cranberries with the sweet, exotic notes of mango nectar and the subtle, honey-like sweetness of Fuyu persimmons. This sauce is an excellent accompaniment to traditional holiday meals, particularly roasted turkey, ham, or duck. Its sweet and tangy flavor profile cuts through the richness of these meats. It can also be used as a spread for bread, rolls, or paired with cheeses in a charcuterie board, adding a unique and flavorful twist.

The sauce has an appealing, rich color palette. The deep red of cranberries, the orange hue of persimmons, and the golden touch from the mango nectar make it visually striking on the table.
