Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons 2 unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves of 2 garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 sour cream

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cream cheese

  • to taste, salt and ground black pepper
