Ingredients

  • 4 ounces sparkling wine (champagne or proseco)

  • 1 1/2 ounce tequila

  • 1 1/2 ounce prickly pear syrup

  • ice

Directions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add tequila and prickly pear juice to the shaker. Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture and combine the flavors.
  • Pour the mixture into a chilled champagne flute or a glass of your choice.
