  • 16 ounces gnocchi

  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage

  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into pieces

Directions

  • Brown the Sausage:

    In the same skillet, add the chopped shallot and minced garlic to the sausage drippings. Sauté until the shallot is translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Add more extra virgin olive oil as necessary, and move frequently around to prevent burning.
  • Deglaze with Chicken Broth:

  • Cook Gnocchi and Kale:
